Some people like to skip the "entrée" and go directly to the main course.
It is true that when you already have tasted all the appetizers your stomach starts to feel full.
Depending on what you had before, you can propose different kind of salads: carrots, celery, cabbage...
A nice colorful plate is always appreciated.
I suggest a stuffed avocado with some slices of tomatoes and lettuce on the side.
It is easy to make and served fresh will be enjoyed by everyone.
Avoid all kind of salty pies and recipes that require a crust. It is always a pleasure to our palate but is too heavy especially when you know that you are going to eat dessert.
