Vitamin B2

Riboflavin is crucial for the production of energy. It helps the body release energy from carbohydrates but it also aids in the metabolism of fats and proteins.

Vitamin B2 is found in dairy products, fishes and eggs but also in plant foods such as brewer's yeast, sea vegetables, wheat germ...

Vegetarians should meet their daily requirements as long as they consume daily vitamin B2-rich foods.
