Ingredients
Instructions
500 g of whole wheat flour
500 g of honey
2 Tbsp of green aniseed
1 tsp of baking soda
60 g of almonds
30 g of crystallized orange bark
30 g of crystallized lemon bark
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp. of cloves powder
4 Tbsp of soy milk
2 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of icing sugar
Mix the honey and the flour. Warm the honey if it is solid.

Form a ball with the dough and let rest one hour.

Add all other ingredients except the milk, the sugar and the icing sugar.
Mix well.

Extend the dough and place it on a pan with edges greased.

Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

At the end of cooking whitewash with sweet milk.

Put back to the oven a few minutes.

Let cool and serve cut in squares covered with icing sugar.
