Instructions
4 endive leaves
100 g of "fromage blanc"
1 handful of basil
Juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper
Mix the "fromage blanc" with the basil, the lemon, the salt and the pepper until it becomes a smooth purée.

Fill with this mixture the leaves of endive.
