1 L of soymilk
70 g of sunflower oil
70 g of flour
Warm the oil in a pan over low heat. When it begins to sizzle, add the flour all at once.

Mix vigorously either with a whip or a wooden spatula.

Let cook until yelow-brown, stirring constantly to incorporate and cook flour.

Add then bit by bit the soymilk little by little while keeping stirring.
Once all the milk is incorporated, let cook for a few minutes, stirring gently to avoid the formation of lumps.
The preparation is then going to thicken.
Remove it from the fire.
Flavor with some salt, pepper and some nutmeg.

If your sauce is not smooth you can blend it a few minutes in the mixer.
