Deficiency symptoms

Unlike severe magnesium deficiency is easy to detect, mild or moderate deficiency is more difficult to diagnose.

Many data suggest that magnesium deficiency may be implicated in various metabolic disorders, including cardiovascular disease, immune dysfunction, and free radical damage.

Mild deficiency symptom can be:
Nervousness
Constipation
Migraine headaches
Trouble to concentrate well
Irritability
Spasmodic pains in women during monthly cycle
