500 g of whole wheat flour 500 g of honey 2 Tbsp of green aniseed 1 tsp of baking soda 60 g of almonds 30 g of crystallized orange bark 30 g of crystallized lemon bark 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp. of cloves powder 4 Tbsp of soy milk 2 Tbsp of sugar 1 Tbsp of icing sugar |
Mix the honey and the flour. Warm the honey if it is solid.
Form a ball with the dough and let rest one hour. Add all other ingredients except the milk, the sugar and the icing sugar. Extend the dough and place it on a pan with edges greased. Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C. At the end of cooking whitewash with sweet milk. Put back to the oven a few minutes. Let cool and serve cut in squares covered with icing sugar. |
