100 g sunflower oil
200 g sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
200 g flour
100 ml soy milk
100 g Pecan nuts
2 Tbsp rum
Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Whisk in brown sugar with eggs until you obtain a yellow mixture.
Add oil, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in flour.
Spread into a greased pan and smooth top with a rubber spatula.
Place pecan nuts all over (try to align them, it will be easier when you cut the biscuit).
Bake 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut into small squares.
Place these squares in the oven an additional 30 minutes to dry them.
