200 g dry lima beans
1 carrot
1 onion
1 bouquet garnish
1 clove
10 cl soy milk
Salt and pepper
Parsley and chervil freshly chopped.
Soak overnight the dry beans in the cold water.

In a big pan, pour the carrot cut in pieces, the onion dotted with the clove and the bouquet garnish.
Add beans, cover with cold water and cook 1.30 in medium heat.
Keep 10 cl of the cooking juice then drain vegetables.
Mix beans, carrot and onion from which you have removed the clove.
Add the juice of cooking until the obtaining of a thick soup. Continue to mix the preparation by incorporating the soy milk.
Salt and pepper then pour into plates.
Sprinkle with parsley and chervil freshly chopped.
