You probably now want to get rid of it before summer but keep in mind that they will not go away in one day.
Do not go on a strict diet a week before going on vacation.
You still have some time and take advantage of it!
With spring, fruits and vegetables arrived on the stands. Eat plenty of those!
They are very rich in water and devoid of lipids. They are the ideal partners when dieting.
Opt for the vegetables in hors d'oeuvre and go easy on the dressing.
Avoid prepared dressing.
Make your own so you can know how much oil you use. Limit to 1 teaspoon of oil per person.
For dessert choose seasonal fruits: fresh, in salad, in juice ...
