You have decided to for long walk or for an excursion and you not know what to bring for lunch.
Contrary to what we believe, a sandwich can be healthy.
Limit the butter and avoid mayonnaise. On the other hand, do not make restriction on the vegetables: tomatoes, salads, cucumbers... accompanied with a veggie burger or with sliced eggs as well as with some sprouted seeds.
If you have never tried nut butter, it is time to taste it. Instead of using butter, spread some almond butter. You will be amazed! It is really good.
Do not forget a bottle of water and a fresh fruit for dessert.
