Even if your vacations are not physical, it is warm, the sun is there and you need to hydrate yourself.
It is recommended to drink about 1 to 1,5 litres of water per day but when we sweat it is necessary to drink even more.
Water is the ideal drink.
Do not quench thirst with fruit juices which often contain a lot of sugar.
On the other hand, you can enjoy from time to time flavoured and sweetened drinks which bring none or very few calories.
Be careful with alcoholic drinks which bring nothing else than alcohol.
Cool cocktails during summers are very attractive but beware of the side effects. The sugar and the coolness often hide important quantities of alcohol.
