In summer, when the weather is nice, we like to gather with our family and/or friends around a barbecue.
It is usually difficult for a vegetarian to find anything to eat. The grill is always full of meat with sometimes a few mushrooms or tomatoes but not enough for a vegetarian stomach.
Here is a list of a few recipes you can prepare for a barbecue.
You will see that kebab does not always mean meat. You can thread vegetables, tofu and even fruits on the skewer. It is not only more colorful, it is also healthier than a stick of meat: less fat, more fiber, vitamins and minerals.
A salad will complete the meal, providing the carbohydrates that will fill your belly.
