Carrot Juice

  • 225 g diced mango
  • 225 g chilled carrot juice
  • 225 g strawberries

    Combine the mango and carrot juice in a blender. Add the strawberries.
    Blend until smooth. Top with a swirl of carrot strips, if desired, and serve immediately.
